裏紙メモ 利用規約

第 1 条（概要）

本規約は、瀬戸大作（以下「開発者」）が提供するメモアプリ「裏紙メモ」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロードまたは利用された時点で、本規約に同意いただいたものとみなします。

第 2 条（利用資格）

本アプリは年齢制限を設けません。未成年者が購入を行う場合は、保護者の同意のうえでご利用ください。

第 3 条（本アプリの特性）

本アプリは、あなたのメモを端末内に保存する一人用のアプリです。メモの端末間同期は Apple の iCloud（CloudKit）を通じて行われます。無料版では、メモ画面上部に Amazon アソシエイトによる書籍の紹介リンクを表示します。

第 4 条（有料機能：Pro）

4-1. 内容

本アプリは無料でも、書く・アーカイブ・予定表・検索などの基本機能をすべて使えます。Pro は便利機能・装飾を追加する買い切り（非消耗型）のアプリ内課金で、サブスクリプション（自動更新）ではありません。

4-2. 購入と復元

• 購入手続きは Apple の App Store / StoreKit を通じて行われ、ユーザーの Apple ID に紐付けられます。
• 非消耗型のため、機種変更・再インストール時は、設定の「Pro」→「購入を復元」から同一 Apple ID の購入を復元できます。

4-3. 返金

返金処理は Apple のポリシーに準拠します。開発者は個別の返金処理を行いません。返金依頼は reportaproblem.apple.com よりお願いいたします。

第 5 条（禁止事項）

• 法令、公序良俗に反する行為
• 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、改変等
• 不正な手段により有料機能を利用しようとする行為

第 6 条（免責）

• 本アプリは現状有姿で提供され、特定目的への適合性等を保証しません。
• 本アプリの利用に起因する一切の損害について、開発者は責任を負いません。
• 端末の不具合・iCloud の状態等によりメモが失われる場合があります。大切なメモは、必要に応じて Markdown 書き出し等でバックアップしてください。

第 7 条（知的財産権）

本アプリおよび本アプリに含まれるすべての素材（イラスト・テクスチャ・UI・テキスト等）の知的財産権は、開発者または各正当な権利者に帰属します。あなたが書いたメモの内容は、あなたに帰属します。

第 8 条（サービスの変更・終了）

開発者は、予告なく本アプリの内容を変更、停止、または終了する場合があります。

第 9 条（準拠法と管轄）

本規約は日本法に準拠し、解釈されます。本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合、開発者の住所地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属合意管轄とします。

Uragami Memo Terms of Use

1. Overview

These Terms govern the use of the notes app "Uragami Memo" (the "App") provided by Daisaku Seto (the "Developer"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

There is no age restriction. If a minor makes a purchase, please use the App with the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Nature of the App

The App is a single-user app that stores your notes on your device. Cross-device sync is performed via Apple's iCloud (CloudKit). The free version shows an Amazon Associates book-suggestion link at the top of the notes screen.

4. Paid Feature: Pro

"Pro" (¥300, one-time, non-consumable) unlocks: (1) removing the book suggestion (ad), (2) all papers beyond white (washi textures), and (3) Markdown export. All core features (writing, archiving, schedule, search) are free. Pro is not a subscription.

Purchases are processed through Apple's App Store / StoreKit and tied to your Apple ID. As a non-consumable purchase, you can restore it via Settings > Pro > "Restore Purchase". Refunds follow Apple's policy; please request them at reportaproblem.apple.com.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Acts against laws or public order; reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying the App; attempting to use paid features through improper means.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. The Developer is not liable for any damages arising from use. Notes may be lost due to device or iCloud issues; back up important notes (e.g. via Markdown export) as needed.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials in the App (illustrations, textures, UI, text, etc.) belong to the Developer or their rightful owners. The contents of the notes you write belong to you.

8. Changes / Termination

The Developer may change, suspend, or terminate the App without notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
