本規約は、瀬戸大作（以下「開発者」）が提供する放置系 RPG アプリ「一寸勇者」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロードまたは利用された時点で、本規約に同意いただいたものとみなします。
本アプリは年齢制限を設けません。未成年者が購入を行う場合は、保護者の同意のうえでご利用ください。
本アプリは、完全にオフラインで動作する一人用のゲームです。インターネット通信・外部サーバーは使用しません（セーブの端末間同期は Apple の iCloud を通じて行われます）。

本アプリは無料でも全ステージを最後まで遊べます。Pro は便利機能・装飾を追加する買い切り（非消耗型）のアプリ内課金です。サブスクリプション（自動更新）ではありません。
返金処理は Apple のポリシーに準拠します。開発者は個別の返金処理を行いません。返金依頼は reportaproblem.apple.com よりお願いいたします。
本アプリおよび本アプリに含まれるすべての素材（イラスト・キャラクター・UI・テキスト等）の知的財産権は、開発者または各正当な権利者に帰属します。
開発者は、予告なく本アプリの内容を変更、停止、または終了する場合があります。
本規約は日本法に準拠し、解釈されます。本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合、開発者の住所地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属合意管轄とします。

These Terms govern the use of the idle RPG app "Issun-Yusha" (the "App") provided by Daisaku Seto (the "Developer"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
There is no age restriction. If a minor makes a purchase, please use the App with the consent of a parent or guardian.
The App is a fully offline, single-player game. It uses no internet connection or external servers (save data is synced across devices via Apple's iCloud).
"Pro" (¥200, one-time, non-consumable) adds convenience and cosmetic features: auto-expeditions (send off up to 12 hours at once), fighting with a companion, hero outfits, paper backgrounds, and custom names. All stages are fully playable for free; Pro is not a subscription.
Purchases are processed through Apple's App Store / StoreKit and tied to your Apple ID. As a non-consumable purchase, you can restore it on a new device or reinstall via "Restore Purchase" in the App. Refunds follow Apple's policy; please request them at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Acts against laws or public order; reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying the App; attempting to use paid features through improper means.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. The Developer is not liable for any damages arising from use. Save data may be lost due to device or iCloud issues.
All materials in the App (illustrations, characters, UI, text, etc.) belong to the Developer or their rightful owners.
The Developer may change, suspend, or terminate the App without notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

“Pro”（¥200，买断、非消耗型）追加便利与装饰功能：自动远征（一次最长 12 小时）、带伙伴战斗、勇者换装、底纸更换、修改名字。全部关卡免费即可畅玩，Pro 并非订阅。
购买通过 Apple 的 App Store / StoreKit 进行并绑定您的 Apple ID。由于为非消耗型，更换设备或重装后可在应用内的“恢复购买”恢复。退款遵循 Apple 政策，请在 reportaproblem.apple.com 申请。
违反法律或公序良俗的行为；对本应用进行逆向工程、反编译、修改等；以不正当手段使用付费功能。
本应用按“现状”提供，不保证适用于特定目的。因使用本应用造成的任何损害，开发者概不负责。存档可能因设备或 iCloud 状况而丢失。
本应用及其包含的所有素材（插图、角色、UI、文本等）的知识产权归开发者或各正当权利人所有。
开发者可能在不事先通知的情况下变更、暂停或终止本应用。
本条款以日本法律为准据法。
