本規約は、瀬戸大作 (以下「開発者」) が提供する iOS アプリケーション「合奏チューナー」(以下「本アプリ」) の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロードまたは利用された時点で、本規約に同意いただいたものとみなします。
本アプリは年齢制限を設けません。未成年者が利用する場合は、保護者の同意・監督下でご利用ください。
本アプリは、マイクを通じて周囲の音を解析し、ピッチ・和音名・純正律との偏差をリアルタイムで表示するチューナーツールです。
開発者は、本アプリの検出結果の正確性・完全性・特定目的への適合性を保証しません。本アプリの使用または使用不能に起因する一切の損害について、開発者は責任を負いません。
開発者は、予告なく本アプリの内容を変更、停止、または終了する場合があります。
本アプリおよび本アプリに含まれるすべての素材の知的財産権は、開発者または各正当な権利者に帰属します。Basic-Pitch モデルは Spotify Research の研究成果を元にした Apache 2.0 ライセンスの CoreML モデルです。
本規約は日本法に準拠し、解釈されます。本アプリに関して開発者とユーザーとの間で紛争が生じた場合、開発者の住所地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属合意管轄とします。
開発者は、必要に応じて本規約を改定できます。改定後に本アプリを継続して利用された場合、改定後の規約に同意いただいたものとみなします。
本規約に関するご質問は、サポートページまたはApp Storeの開発者連絡先からお願いします。

These Terms govern the use of the iOS application "Harmony Tuner" (the "App") provided by Daisaku Seto (the "Developer"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
There is no age restriction for using the App. Minors should use the App under parental consent and supervision.
The App analyzes ambient sound via microphone and displays pitch, chord names, and just-intonation deviations in real time.
The Developer makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of the App's detection results. The Developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
The Developer may change, suspend, or terminate the App without prior notice.
All intellectual property rights in the App and its content belong to the Developer or respective right holders. The Basic-Pitch model is a CoreML model derived from Spotify Research under the Apache 2.0 license.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Developer's place of domicile.
The Developer may revise these Terms as necessary. Continued use of the App after revisions constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

本条款依照日本法律解释。如发生纠纷，以开发者住所地有管辖权的法院为第一审专属合意管辖法院。
开发者可根据需要修改本条款。修改后继续使用本应用即视为接受修改后的条款。
