「裏紙メモ」（以下「本アプリ」）は、殴り書きを裏側で自動的に整理するミニマルなメモ帳（iOS / iPadOS / macOS アプリケーション）です。本ポリシーは、本アプリにおけるユーザー情報の取り扱いについて説明します。
本アプリは、個人を特定する情報（氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・住所・位置情報等）を一切収集しません。アカウント登録の必要もありません。開発者はあなたのメモの内容を取得しません。
本アプリは、アクセス解析・行動トラッキング・クラッシュレポート等の第三者 SDK を一切組み込んでいません。ユーザーの行動を外部に送信することはありません。
無料版では、メモ画面の上部に「書く・考える」ことに役立つ書籍の紹介（Amazon アソシエイトのリンク）を表示します。これはアプリ内に広告 SDK を埋め込むものではなく、リンクをタップした場合にのみ、標準ブラウザ（Safari）で Amazon のページが開きます（リンクにはアフィリエイトタグが付与されます）。Amazon のページ上での情報の取り扱いは、Amazon のプライバシーポリシーに従います。Pro（買い切り）にすると、この表示は消えます。
本アプリは、あなたが書いたメモ・日付・タグ・設定などを端末内（Apple の SwiftData）に保存します。さらに、お使いの端末で iCloud が有効な場合、同じデータを Apple の iCloud（CloudKit のプライベートデータベース） にも保存し、同一 Apple ID の端末（iPhone / iPad / Mac）間で同期します。
この iCloud 上のデータはあなた自身の非公開な iCloud 領域に保管され、Apple の管理下にあります。開発者がこのデータを閲覧・取得することはできません。
本アプリは、メモを「予定・やること・買い物・アイデア」などに自動で分類する機能を持ちます。この分類はすべてあなたの端末の中だけ（ルールベース、または対応端末では Apple のオンデバイス機能）で行われ、メモの本文が分類のために外部へ送信されることはありません。
予定の詳細画面で「カレンダーに追加」を選んだ場合に限り、本アプリはその予定をあなたの端末のカレンダーに書き込みます（書き込み専用）。本アプリがあなたのカレンダーの予定を読み取ることはありません。
Pro の「Markdown で書き出す」を使うと、あなたが選んだフォルダ（iCloud Drive や Obsidian の vault など）にメモがファイルとして書き出されます。書き出し先はあなたが選んだ場所のみで、外部サーバーには送信されません。
本アプリは、買い切りの「Pro」（広告非表示・和紙テクスチャ・Markdown 書き出し）を提供します。購入手続きはすべて Apple の App Store / StoreKit を通じて行われ、本アプリがクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を受け取ることはありません。本アプリは Apple から「購入済みかどうか」の情報のみを受け取ります。
本アプリはすべての年齢層が安全に使用できる設計です。個人情報の収集や外部送信は行われません。

Uragami Memo ("the App") is a minimal notepad for iOS / iPadOS / macOS that quietly organizes your scribbles in the background. This policy describes how user information is handled in the App.
The App does not collect any personally identifiable information (name, email, phone, address, location, etc.). No account is required. The developer does not obtain the contents of your notes.
The App includes no third-party SDKs for analytics, behavioral tracking, or crash reporting, and transmits no user behavior to anyone.
In the free version, the top of the notes screen shows a suggestion of books about writing and thinking (an Amazon Associates link). This is not an in-app ad SDK; only when you tap the link does Amazon open in your default browser (Safari), with an affiliate tag appended. Activity on Amazon's pages is governed by Amazon's privacy policy. The Pro purchase removes this.
The App stores your notes, dates, tags, and settings locally on your device (Apple's SwiftData). If iCloud is enabled, the same data is also stored in Apple's iCloud (CloudKit private database) and synced across your devices (iPhone / iPad / Mac) on the same Apple ID.
This iCloud data lives in your own private iCloud space, managed by Apple. The developer cannot view or retrieve it.
The App can automatically classify notes (plan, to-do, shopping, idea, etc.). This classification runs entirely on your device (rule-based, or Apple's on-device capabilities on supported devices). Note contents are not sent externally for classification.
Only when you choose "Add to Calendar" on a plan does the App write that event to your device calendar (write-only). The App does not read your calendar.
With Pro's "Export to Markdown", notes are written as files to a folder you choose (iCloud Drive, an Obsidian vault, etc.). They go only to the location you pick and are not sent to any external server.
The App offers a one-time "Pro" purchase (ad removal, washi textures, Markdown export). All purchases are handled by Apple's App Store / StoreKit; the App never receives payment information such as credit card numbers, only whether the purchase has been made.
The App is designed to be safe for all ages. No personal information is collected or transmitted.
