ToneCut (以下 「本アプリ」) は、 楽器演奏動画から演奏区間を自動で切り出すアプリケーションです。 本ポリシーは、 本アプリにおけるユーザー情報の取り扱いについて説明します。
本アプリは、 個人を特定する情報 (氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・住所・位置情報等) を 一切収集しません。 アカウント登録の必要もありません。
本アプリは以下の目的でこれらの権限を使用します。 いずれもアプリの外部に送信されることはありません。
・ カメラ: 楽器演奏の動画録画のため
・ マイク: 録画時の音声録音のため
・ 写真ライブラリ (追加): 録画した動画および切り出し済みの動画を写真ライブラリへ保存するため
・ 写真ライブラリ (読込): 編集対象の動画を読み込むため、 および元動画の削除確認のため
動画の録画・切り出し、および文字起こしは すべて端末内で完結し、通信を行いません。 録画した動画・解析結果・ユーザー設定はすべて端末内にとどまります。
例外として、AI議事 (要約) 機能を利用したときに限り、 文字起こしのテキストが要約を生成する目的で、 当方のサーバーを経由して AI 事業者 (Anthropic, Claude API) に送信されます。 音声・動画そのものは送信されません。 要約の生成後、 送信されたテキストは当方サーバーに保存されません。 氏名等の識別情報とは関連付けられず、 広告・追跡には利用されません。
本アプリは以下のデータを端末内のローカルストレージ (UserDefaults) に保存します。 これらは端末から外部に送信されることはありません。
・ アプリ設定 (動画品質・録画音質・楽器音域・言語・省電力モード)
・ アプリ内ログ (ユーザー操作とデバッグ情報、 アプリを閉じると消去)
本アプリは、 元動画の削除確認時に 4 段階の安全チェック (件数・識別子の完全一致・動画種別・有効性) を行います。 また iOS の標準仕様により、 アプリからの削除要求には必ずシステムによる確認ダイアログが表示されます。 ユーザーの確認なしにデータが削除されることはありません。
本アプリは、 広告・分析・トラッキング・クラッシュレポートの第三者サービスを 一切使用しません。
AI議事 (要約) 機能でのみ、 要約生成のために AI 事業者 (Anthropic) の Claude API を利用します。 送信されるのは文字起こしのテキストのみで、 要約生成後は保存されません。
演奏の切り出しと文字起こしは 無料 です。 AI議事 (要約) 機能は、 月額の自動更新サブスクリプション 「ToneCut Pro」 (Light / Standard / Pro) としてご利用いただけます。 購入・解約は App Store を通じて行われ、 本アプリが決済情報を取得・保存することはありません。
本アプリはすべての年齢層が安全に使用できる設計になっています。 お子様の使用にあたっても、 個人情報の収集や外部送信は行われません。

ToneCut ("the App") is an application that automatically extracts instrument performance segments from your videos. This policy describes how user information is handled in the App.
The App does not collect any personally identifiable information (name, email, phone, address, location, etc.). No account registration is required.
The App uses these permissions for the following purposes. None of the data is sent outside the App.
・ Camera: To record instrument performance videos
・ Microphone: To record audio during video capture
・ Photo Library (add): To save recorded videos and extracted clips to your Photos library
・ Photo Library (read): To load videos for editing and to confirm source-video deletion
Recording, cutting, and transcription all run entirely on your device with no network access. Recorded videos, analysis results, and user settings all stay on your device.
As the only exception, when you use the AI minutes (summary) feature, the transcript text is sent — via our server — to an AI provider (Anthropic, Claude API) for the sole purpose of generating the summary. The audio/video itself is never sent. After the summary is generated, the transmitted text is not stored on our server. It is not linked to any identifying information and is not used for advertising or tracking.
The App stores the following data in local storage on your device (UserDefaults). None of it is transmitted outside the device.
・ App settings (video quality, audio mode, instrument range, language, power saving)
・ In-app log (user operations and debug info — cleared when the app is closed)
When deleting the source video, the App performs a 4-layer safety check (count, exact identifier match, media type = video, validity). Additionally, by iOS standard behavior, every deletion request from the App must be confirmed by a system dialog. No data is deleted without explicit user confirmation.
The App uses no third-party advertising, analytics, tracking, or crash reporting.
Only the AI minutes (summary) feature uses a third-party AI provider (Anthropic, Claude API) to generate summaries. Only the transcript text is sent, and it is not stored after the summary is generated.
Cutting and transcription are free. The AI minutes (summary) feature is available as a monthly auto-renewing subscription, "ToneCut Pro" (Light / Standard / Pro). Purchases and cancellations are handled through the App Store; the App does not obtain or store your payment information.
The App is designed to be safe for users of all ages. No personal information is collected from children either.
