SoundCraft (以下「本アプリ」) は、楽器練習者向けのチューナー・メトロノーム・ハーモニー練習・録音アプリケーションです。本ポリシーは、本アプリにおけるユーザー情報の取り扱いについて説明します。
本アプリは、個人を特定する情報 (氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・住所等) を一切収集しません。アカウント登録の必要もありません。
本アプリは、チューナー機能・アタック解析・録音機能のために、端末のマイクへのアクセスを必要とします。音声データはすべて端末内でリアルタイム処理され、外部サーバーへの送信は一切行われません。
録音機能で保存される音声ファイルは、すべて端末内のアプリ専用領域に保存されます。クラウドへの自動アップロードは行いません。ユーザーが明示的に共有機能を使った場合のみ、選択した送信先 (メールアプリ、メッセージアプリ等) に渡されます。
テンポ・拍子・テーマ選択等の設定は、端末内のローカルストレージに保存されます。これらは端末から外部に送信されることはありません。
SoundCraft Pro (テーマ解禁) の購入処理は Apple の App Store を通じて行われ、Apple のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。本アプリは購入の有無のみを Apple StoreKit から取得し、それ以外の情報を Apple から受け取ることはありません。
本アプリは、広告・分析・トラッキング等の第三者サービスを一切使用しません。
本アプリはすべての年齢層が安全に使用できる設計になっています。お子様の使用にあたっても、個人情報の収集や外部送信は行われません。

Tone Craft (released as SoundCraft in Japan; collectively "the App") is a tuner, metronome, harmony training, and recording application for instrumentalists. This policy describes how user information is handled in the App.
The App does not collect any personally identifiable information (name, email, phone, address, etc.). No account registration is required.
The App requires microphone access for the tuner, attack analysis, and recording features. All audio data is processed in real-time on the device and never transmitted to any external server.
Audio files saved by the recording feature are stored in the app's private area on your device. No automatic cloud upload is performed. Files are shared only when you explicitly use the share feature with a destination of your choice (mail, messaging apps, etc.).
Settings such as tempo, time signature, and theme selection are stored in local storage on your device. They are never transmitted outside the device.
Tone Craft Pro purchases (theme unlock) are processed through Apple's App Store and Apple's privacy policy applies. The App receives only the purchase status from Apple StoreKit and does not receive any other information from Apple.
The App uses no third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking services.
The App is designed to be safe for users of all ages. No personal information is collected from children either.

Tone Craft (在日本以 SoundCraft 名称发布，以下统称"本应用") 是面向乐器练习者的调音器、节拍器、和声练习与录音应用。本政策说明本应用对用户信息的处理方式。
本应用不收集任何可识别个人身份的信息 (姓名、邮箱、电话、地址等)。无需注册账号。
本应用需要访问设备麦克风以提供调音器、起音分析与录音功能。所有音频数据均在设备本地实时处理，绝不会发送至任何外部服务器。
录音功能保存的音频文件均存储于设备内的应用专属空间。本应用不会自动上传至云端。仅当用户显式使用分享功能时，文件才会传递至所选目标 (邮件、消息应用等)。
速度、拍号、主题选择等设置保存于设备本地存储。这些数据不会发送至设备外部。
Tone Craft 专业版 (主题解锁) 的购买通过 Apple App Store 处理，适用 Apple 的隐私政策。本应用仅从 Apple StoreKit 获取购买状态，不会从 Apple 接收其他信息。
本应用不使用任何第三方广告、分析或跟踪服务。
本应用的设计可让所有年龄层用户安全使用。即使是儿童使用，本应用也不会收集个人信息。
