The following data is stored locally on your device and is NOT sent to any external server:

• Imported PDF files and their extracted text
• Photos taken for OCR processing
• Folders, notes, and search history
• Saved AI summaries
• App settings and preferences

3. External Services

SAPIENTIA communicates with the following external service:

• Google Gemini API: Used for AI-powered text summarization, translation, and multilingual search query translation. Search keywords and text excerpts are sent to the API for processing.

Data sent to external services is limited to the minimum required for functionality.

4. AI-Generated Content

AI summaries and translations are generated by artificial intelligence and may not be fully accurate. Please verify important information from original sources.

5. Data Storage

All user data is stored only on your device. There is no cloud backup or synchronization. Deleting the app will permanently remove all data.

6. Third-Party Sharing

SAPIENTIA does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party.

7. Children's Privacy

This app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
