NyankoSnap (以下「本アプリ」) は、 飼い主が日々の猫の姿を撮り損ねないようにそっと背中を押す、 猫撮影サポートアプリケーションです。 本ポリシーは、 本アプリにおけるユーザー情報の取り扱いについて説明します。
本アプリは、 個人を特定する情報 (氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・住所等) を一切収集しません。 アカウント登録の必要もありません。 解析・トラッキング・広告のための情報収集も一切行いません。
本アプリは、 猫を検出してシャッターチャンスを知らせるために、 端末のカメラへのアクセスを必要とします。 映像データはすべて端末内でリアルタイム処理され、 外部サーバーへの送信は一切行われません。 検出には Apple の Vision フレームワークと、 アプリ内に同梱された機械学習モデル (CoreML) を使用しており、 これらの処理もすべて端末内で完結します。
撮影した写真は、 ユーザーが明示的に保存ボタンを押した場合のみ、 端末の写真アプリ (Photos library) に追加されます。 アプリは保存以外の用途で写真ライブラリにアクセスせず、 既存の写真の閲覧・分析も行いません (写真取り込み機能を利用する場合のみ、 ユーザーが選択した 1 枚を端末内で読み込みます)。
撮影した瞬間の記録 (図鑑データ、 ミッション達成記録) は、 端末内のローカルストレージにのみ保存されます。 これらは端末から外部に送信されることはありません。 アプリの削除と同時にすべて削除されます。
NyankoSnap Pro (セリフ機能の永続解放) の購入処理は Apple の App Store を通じて行われ、 Apple のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。 本アプリは購入の有無のみを Apple StoreKit から取得し、 それ以外の情報を Apple から受け取ることはありません。 試用期間 (7 日間) の管理は端末内のローカルストレージで完結します。
本アプリは、 広告・分析・トラッキング等の第三者サービスを一切使用しません。 Anthropic Claude / OpenAI / Google Gemini 等のクラウド AI サービスも使用しておらず、 すべての判定・処理は端末内で完結します。
本アプリはすべての年齢層が安全に使用できる設計になっています。 お子様の使用にあたっても、 個人情報の収集や外部送信は行われません。

NyankoSnap ("the App") is a cat photography support application that gently nudges pet owners to capture everyday moments with their cats. This policy describes how user information is handled in the App.
The App does not collect any personally identifiable information (name, email, phone, address, etc.). No account registration is required. The App also does not collect any data for analytics, tracking, or advertising purposes.
The App requires camera access to detect cats and signal shutter opportunities. All video data is processed in real-time on the device and is never transmitted to any external server. Detection is performed using Apple's Vision framework and a machine learning model (CoreML) bundled within the app, all running entirely on-device.
Captured photos are added to your device's Photos library only when you explicitly tap the save button. The App does not access the photo library for any other purpose, and does not browse or analyze your existing photos (the photo import feature only loads a single photo you select, on-device).
Records of captured moments (album data, mission achievements) are stored only in local storage on your device. They are never transmitted outside the device, and are deleted entirely when the App is removed.
NyankoSnap Pro purchases (permanent unlock of the speech feature) are processed through Apple's App Store and Apple's privacy policy applies. The App receives only the purchase status from Apple StoreKit and does not receive any other information from Apple. The 7-day trial period is tracked entirely in local storage.
The App uses no third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking services. The App does not use any cloud AI services such as Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, or Google Gemini. All detection and processing happens on-device.
The App is designed to be safe for users of all ages. No personal information is collected from children either.

本应用需要访问设备摄像头以检测猫咪并提示拍摄时机。所有视频数据均在设备本地实时处理，绝不会发送至任何外部服务器。检测使用 Apple 的 Vision 框架和应用内附带的机器学习模型 (CoreML)，这些处理也全部在设备内完成。
