合奏チューナー (以下「本アプリ」) は、複数楽器の同時演奏を解析してハーモニーをリアルタイム表示するチューナーアプリケーションです。本ポリシーは、本アプリにおけるユーザー情報の取り扱いについて説明します。
本アプリは、個人を特定する情報 (氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・住所等) を一切収集しません。アカウント登録の必要もありません。
本アプリは、周囲の音を解析してピッチ・和音名・各音の純正律ズレを検出するために、端末のマイクへのアクセスを必要とします。音声データはすべて端末内でリアルタイム処理され、外部サーバーへの送信は一切行われません。
基準ピッチ (A4 Hz 値)・言語設定・スペクトルパネルの表示状態などの設定は、端末内のローカルストレージ (UserDefaults) に保存されます。これらは端末から外部に送信されることはありません。
本アプリは、音声解析・チューナー動作に関してネットワーク通信を行いません。すべての音高・和音検出処理は端末内で完結します。
本アプリは Spotify の研究成果である Basic-Pitch (軽量 CoreML モデル, 272KB) を端末内で動作させています。推論は完全にオフライン・オンデバイスで実行されます。
本アプリは、広告・分析・トラッキング等の第三者サービスを一切使用しません。
本アプリはすべての年齢層が安全に使用できる設計になっています。お子様の使用にあたっても、個人情報の収集や外部送信は行われません。

Harmony Tuner (the "App") is a real-time ensemble tuner that analyzes multiple simultaneous pitches and displays chord names and just-intonation deviations. This policy describes how user information is handled in the App.
The App does not collect any personally identifiable information (name, email, phone, address, etc.). No account registration is required.
The App requires microphone access to analyze ambient sound and detect pitch, chord names, and just-intonation offsets in real time. All audio data is processed entirely on-device and never transmitted to any external server.
Settings such as reference pitch (A4 Hz value), language preference, and spectrum panel visibility are stored in local storage (UserDefaults) on your device. They are never transmitted outside the device.
The App performs no network communication for audio analysis or tuner functionality. All pitch and chord detection runs entirely on-device.
The App uses Basic-Pitch, a lightweight CoreML model (272 KB) derived from Spotify's research, running entirely on-device. Inference is fully offline.
The App uses no third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking services.
The App is designed to be safe for users of all ages. No personal information is collected or transmitted regardless of the user's age.

和声调音器（以下简称"本应用"）是一款实时合奏调音器，可分析多个同时发出的音高并显示和弦名称及纯律偏差。本政策说明本应用对用户信息的处理方式。
本应用不收集任何可识别个人身份的信息（姓名、邮箱、电话、地址等）。无需注册账号。
本应用需要访问设备麦克风，以实时分析环境音并检测音高、和弦名称及纯律偏差。所有音频数据均在设备本地实时处理，绝不会发送至任何外部服务器。
